I. The Conditions for joining us
1. Any holder, with a legal ID card or Certificate and the Business License both issued by the People's Republic of China, and with the Fireworks Wholesales and Retailing License issued by the local government, can apply for joining us. It can be an individual or an enterprise.
2. Operating Environment
Municipality, Regional City, County or Town
3. Financial Capability
(1) At least 500,000 RMB for the provincial distributor;
(2) At least 100,000 RMB for the regional distributor;
(3) At least 50,000 RMB for the county distributor;
II. The procedures for joining us
1. Contact Hunan Liuyang Fireworks Co. Ltd. and get the application form for distributors;
2. Fill the application form and fax it to our company;
3. We send our colleagues from Sales Management Department and Market Planning Department to local places of qualified applied distributors;
4. After the evaluation and discussion, two parties sign the Agreement for Distributors of Hunan Liuyang Fireworks Co. Ltd.;
5. We will send colleagues to coordinate with distributors in products’ displaying and supplying. The two parties sign the Order Contract of Hunan Liuyang Fireworks Co. Ltd..
6. When we get the original order contract as well deposit (50% of the total value of the ordered commodities) from distributors, we will notify the logistics center to deliver goods.
III. Support for joining us
1. Product support
(1) We provide perfect and timely after-sales service.
(2) We cooperate with distributors to deal with the complaints about products, management and service of the region.
2. Publicity support
(1) Long-term publicity: advertisement on CCTV, regional satellite channels, fashion and economic management magazines etc.
(2) On-line publicity: advertisement on China Fireworks website, China Brand-zone website and various fireworks and commercial websites.
(3) Exhibition promotion: Chinese Export Commodities Fair, etc.
IV. The liquidation form of products
1. Distributors transfer the deposit (50% of the total value of the ordered commodities) to the appointed account of Hunan Liuyang Fireworks Co. Ltd.
2. Distributors pay for the actual-sales value in 30 days after the receiving of goods. The left products, excluding being damaged by misuse, accidents or modifications to the product, will be taken back by our company.
