Responsibilities:
Responsible for omni-directional HR management of the company. Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Enterprise Management, HR or equivalent;
2. Minimum eight years experience of HR management; working experience in large enterprises and company training experience are required;
3. Familiar with modules of HR Management as well as policies concerning employee insurance and welfare; practical experience is required.
4. Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills; good at supervising and encouraging subordinates;
Position 2: (Group) Marketing Manager (One/ Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Taking part in Panda’s strategic planning and formulating relevant market promotion planning;
Organizing and implementing all market survey and brand promotion;
Organizing brand designing and promotion, etc.
Requirements;
1. Bachelor degree or above in advertising/ medium/ marketing management or equivalent;
2. Minimum six years experience in marketing planning management; experience of working in brand designing companies would be an advantage;
3. Good ability of planning, organizing and leading;
4. Good teamwork, coordinating and interpersonal skills;
5. Familiar with modern technologies and media of promotion; good command of writing; be creative and active.
Position 3: (Group) File Keeper (one / Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Charging the trimming, classifying, coding, statistic analyzing, and filing of various documents;
Ensuring the effective inquiring, recording and security of the documents;
Implementing and improving the system of document management.
Requirements:
1.Major in document management, information management or secretary.
2.relevant experience is required; experience of working in public units, schools or large enterprises would be an advantage;
3.45 years old or above; retired workers of document management are preferred.
Position 4: Sales Manager (two / Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for products’ selling, promotion and management in an area;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Experience of market deploitation and market channel building and minimum three years experience in sales management;
3. Good communication skills and good team-spirit; good at encouraging and supporting subordinates; good at resource integration; good creativity;
4. Strong sense of responsibility; be ready for challenges;
Position 5: Account Manager (several persons, need to travel frequently/ Guangzhou) Responsibilities:
Responsible for the biding and run-coordinating of projects;
Control projects’ whole planning and management and do follow-ups.
Requirements:
1. Female with bachelor degree or above;
2. At least four years experience of event marketing management; successful cases of event management are required.
3. energetic with strong career-ambition; good at resource integration;
4. Good analytical capability with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Position 6: Technology Manager / Technology Director (Several persons / Guangzhou) Responsibilities:
Coordinate Chief Technology Executive with the study of firework display technology and familiarize the developing orientation;
Formulate the regulations and procedures for Panda’s firework display technology;
Formulate the training plan for technology staff and supervise the implement of the plan;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with Science majors;
2. Minimum 4 years experience; experience of event management would be an advantage;
3. Good command of writing and designing and familiar with computer soft wares.
Position 7: Firework display Engineer (several / Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, organization, arrangement, implement and negotiation of the firework display.
Requirements:
1. Male with High School Degree or equivalent or above;
2. Familiar with computer operating and computer software such as Office, Photoshop etc.
3. Good teamwork spirit, able to work independently, willing to work hard and go for business trips.
Position 8: Office Assistant (one / Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Deal with Panda’s daily work and coordinate Office Chief with various office affairs. Requirements:
1. Familiar with office management, document management and Office Software employment.
2. Good command of various official document writing.
3. Active with good analytical capability, initiative, career-ambitious with strong sense of responsibility.
Position 9: Bill Input Secretary (one /Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Check all information when goods come to the storehouse and input information into the computer system;
Implement the systematic goods-receiving and post handling.
Requirements;
1. Polytechnic School Degree or above in computer or accounting;
2. familiar with Office Software employment; careful and patient; willing to work hard.
Position 10: (Real Estate) Project Manager/ Vice Chief Executive (one/ Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the whole operation from exploration to comprehensive check after completion.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering; with Secondary professional job title or above;
2. Minimum five years experience in large real estate project management; familiar with relevant regulations and procedures in the real estate field.
3. Able to figure out the construction plan, material supply plan and capital budget for every stage; able to supervise and manage the construction team effectively.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
position 11: (Real estate) R & D Manager (one /Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-phase exploration, post-phase quotation and relevant affairs of real estate projects.
Requirements:
1. Academic Degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience; familiar with policies and regulations concerning real estate development; familiar with relevant government working procedures; social resources are desirable;
3. Knowledge of computer operation; good communication skills.
Position 12: Sales Chief Supervisor (two/ Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the chief manager with the all-around sales strategy concerning the construction of subsidiary company.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, regardless of major.
2. With at least six years experience of sales and management. Experience in retailing exploring and building would be an advantage.
3. Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and dynamic.
Position 13: Sales Manager (several persons/ Beijing)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the area’s sale, channel exploration as well as management;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, regardless of major;
2. Experience in market exploration and channel building and at least three years experience in sales management;

Coordinate Sales Manage to formulate area sales plan and implement the sales, promotion and after-sales service.

Position 15: Logistics Manager (one/ Beijing)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, adjustment of company’s logistics system;
Supervise the storing, transporting and transferring of goods.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Familiar with computer operation and EPR;
3. Minimum 5 years experience of logistics management in large enterprises.
